BaliBoyne's clothing is purchased in most cases from the local Balinese producers - typically a family run business. In the above picture I'm in Gel Gel, Bali, in the home of Wayan Adnyana (white shirt) who is 27 years old, along with his father Ngh. Suda (no shirt), his mother Ngh. Suji (weaving), and his 20 year old sister Komang Triani (back), she has her loom in her room (top left). The parents are rice farmers and their children contribute by helping weave the elaborately designed "Songket" - which their village specializes in.
The next two pictures are three of the seamstresses that work for Made Wijaya out of his garage, in Kuta, Bali. They make colourful dresses, shirts, sarongs, and bikini sets.
