BaliBoyne Inn   Investors

My plan is to either lease (ie. contract for 20 years), or to buy (thru a legal entity) 10 ara of land. One ara is 10 meters square. This land is in the village of Berawa, which is approximately 5 kilometers up the coast from hectic Kuta, Bali. Below is a photo of this land that I took in March, 2001. The beach is a beautiful golden/sandy colour and is 70 meters in width from the high tide mark up to the palm trees in the photo. There's a cow grazing in the left foreground and to the right a worker (bent over wearing red) planting rice in his field.

Some of this land is available for building construction. No buildings are allowed within 200 meters of high tide. There are no other buildings within 500 meters which makes this land ripe for development. I am in the process of securing this land. The small quaint village of Berawa is 2 kilometers away.
